50ml West Winds Sabre Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Raspberry Syrup
10ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Egg Whites
Method
Dry shake**, then wet shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

** Dry shaking is where you shake a cocktail with Egg Whites and no ice in an effort to emulsify the whites, after which you shake the cocktail with ice for dilution.
