If you're looking for some inspo, try this. Thinly peel rhubarb so that it creates a little spiral. Add to your AVOSH vodka + soda + some sweet rhubarb syrup (that you will have just knocked up - it's just stewed rhubarb, sugar and some lemon juice that you strain off - simple!) and feel mighty smug you've created a thing of beauty.

Ingredients
- 50ml West Winds Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 3 Cucumber Slices
- Fresh Mint
Preparation
- 1 Muddle 3 cucumber slices and fresh mint in a highball glass.
- 2 Add 50ml West Winds Gin, 20ml Fresh Lime Juice, and 15ml Simple Syrup.
- 3 Top with ice and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig.
