We experimented with our distillation process during that first year, we were all at sea, learning and growing our skillset with a New Zealand Amphora PDA-1 test still before we undertook the process of scaling up to our 150-litre Arnold Holstein copper pot still.
Ingredients
- 50ml West Winds Gin
- 150ml Premium Tonic Water
- Ice
Preparation
- 1 Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2 Add 50ml West Winds Gin and 150ml Premium Tonic Water.
- 3 Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
