At 50% ABV, this gin showcases a dominant botanical presence of Bush Tomato, delivering a robust and full-bodied profile reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes on steroids—spicy, earthy, almost vegemitey. Cinnamon Myrtle adds a sweet spice note with a hint of herbal depth, while fresh lemon and lime peels ensure citrus remains a vital component.
