Launch of a 12 Y/O Single Malt Bourbon Cask West Australian Whisky (55% ABV)

This hand-crafted limited release Australian single malt whisky is made from the finest malted barely, nourished by winter rains and ripened under warm Western Australia summer skies.

This whisky has been nurtured in original American oak bourbon barrels for 12 years. Sitting quietly throughout the seasons, kissed by salt of the Indian Ocean, it has developed a complex and full-bodied character with a mellow sweetness.
