It's orange season so we're rolling out the barrel and getting all creative with The Cutlass Cocktail. It's a simple enough proposition. Mix The West Winds Gin with lime juice, a soupçon of Roses Marmalade (yes, really) and then some fancy pants basil leaves to top the whole thing off. It's the only way to warm those cockles, me hearties.
The Cutlass Cocktail:
- 60ml The Cutlass Gin 25mll Lime Juice (freshly squeezed would be best)
- 1 tsp of Roses Marmalade (put the rest on toast)
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Fine strain into a low ball glass with ice and crown with that basil garnish.
