Nestled in the heart of Leederville within Bill’s Bar & Bites, The West Winds Gin Bar & Pilot Distillery is our new space for experimentation and exploration! Designed by our distiller and National Brand Ambassador, our cocktail list is handcrafted to bring out the best flavours with our award-winning gins. This is the place to be, to see and taste the latest in innovations from The West Winds Crew.

Why not throw a party with one of our gin experience sessions or sign up for a pre-scheduled session. Join the West Winds Gin National Brand Ambassador Brendan Scott Grey as he takes you on a journey of flavour and aroma from the earliest of cocktail and delve into the unique world of gin craft. Discover for yourself how the fresh botanicals accentuate the flavour of the gin, surprise your taste buds and develop your newfound love for the classic drinks of socialites and debutants. The classes come with antipasto platters, and a West Winds gin and tonic supplied on arrival. You will get to sample six traditional gin cocktails and craft your own bespoke gin utilising flavours from the previous centuries.

We can organise a booking specially for you for any occasion; birthday party, bachelorette party, corporate function and more.
