Despite greater than average rainfall, The Cowaramup Distillery & Tavern is making good progress. We're very nearly at the stage where we can lay the slab down, and with a break in the weather, we'll have the floor down and walls up in no time.
Great to see the flight skills of Head Distiller, Ant Reynolds, coming in to line with the build. By the time the building is up, he'll be a professional ready for the big launch!!
